Ethics Conversation is a level 1, B-BBEE, Black-owned and managed ethics, integrity and governance corporation that provides integrated good governance strategies and solutions to the South African Government, business corporations, NGOs and other organisations that strive to become locally and globally effective in an environment that demands good corporate governance, ethical conduct, quality operations and service delivery and exceptional customer care
Our products and services, which are in the form of integrated corporate governance, professional ethics and integrity, risk management, strategic management training workshops and advisory and related literature production are structured to deal with the serious and urgent demands for mitigating losses in the 21st Century business environment due to poor governance and unethical conduct. .

Biography of: Professor Paul Singh
- Education: Ph.D. from University of Pretoria
- Served as Chief Director of Client Services at National Government, Sport and Recreation South Africa, from 2010-2017.
- Currently Research Professor at Da Vinci Institute for Business Leadership, in Johannesburg. Responsible for Postgraduate Research office, Quality Assurance, and supervision.
- Strong focus and vast experience in Strategic Management of Organisations, Business Leadership, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Ethics, Policy and Legislation.
Member of several associations:
Member of South African Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (SAIOSH)
Advisory Board Member of International Sports Law Journal;
Legal Advisor to African Journal for Research in Physical, Health Education, Recreation and Dance;
Editorial Board member of SA Journal for Research in Sport, Physical Education and Recreation;
Editorial board member of International Journal of Sustainable Tourism and Entrepreneurship.

Biography of: Dr Nkhangwe Masindi
Dedicated and highly accomplished executive professional with 24+ years of combined working experience in spearheading risk management, prudential risk, compliance, quantitative & qualitative analysis, and mitigation as well as new business development, executive relationship management and revenue enhancement for reputable financial services and other organisations.
